Return and Refund Policy

Our commitment is to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products. We offer a 30-day return policy to our customers, counting from the day the parcel was received. All returned goods must be in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. However, obtaining an authorization number to return a product does not guarantee merchandise will be approved for a refund or credit until carefully inspected.

Returned items may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Please also note that you will have to pay the return cost for the product.

If merchandise is received damaged or missing, Kw's Unique Supplies & Services must be notified  within 48 hours by email. If damaged, we would like pictures when possible. A return label will sent for replacement in both cases of damage or missing after thorough investigation at no cost.

No returned merchandise will be accepted after 30 days unless full agreement has been established between the parties. Please be sure to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and clearly mark on the return label.

Orders returned without the proper agreement or Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted as being returned to sender.

We Do Not Accept Any Merchandise That Has Damage of Any Type .

                                         RETURNED ITEMS

Returned merchandise must be received in “AS NEW” condition including all accessories, cables, and all items in the original packaging.

RETURN ADDRESS

Returns Addresses will be provided upon contact with customer service as different products may be shipped from different warehouses.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please e-mail info@uniquessupply.com with details of the order you are cancelling or use the contact us form on the website.  

EXCHANGES

To exchange a product you’ve bought from us, simply return it for a refund, then place a new order online for the item you want.

REFUND

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 7 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
